Argyll Fenton is headed up by Soraya Fenton, who has over 15 years’ experience working with senior level employees in Assessment and Development.
Prior to establishing Argyll Fenton she was Executive Director of a Selection and Development subsidiary of a global US organisation listed on NASDAQ. Her early career benefited from working with PA Consulting group, at that time, one of the top six global management consultancies.
