Case Study: Employee Engagement
To improve employee morale with a contact centre business, Argyll Fenton designed a bespoke research programme focused on Employee Engagement and Involvement. The programme involved working with key members of the Executive and middle management to carry out an employee survey. Thereafter conducting focus groups to corroborate findings and gain employee support.
Argyll Fenton delivered a series of strategic policy change recommendations, which were subsequently endorsed by the Board.
