Case Study: Executive Assessment/Due Diligence

To get the ‘right fit for the job’ regarding a newly created role of CEO, a high profile, venture capitalist appointed Argyll Fenton to assess a shortlist of candidates they had drawn up through their own network.

Through a bespoke competency questionnaire based on the role, the preferred candidate took part in an in-depth interview. This was supported with appropriate psychometric testing, selected to outline the candidate’s preferred style of behaviours in leading and managing a team of executives through exponential growth. This was then combined with 360 degree referencing. Reporting and recommendations completed the process.
