Case Study: Executive Development Centre

Argyll Fenton designed and delivered a bespoke executive development centre concentrating on developing coaching for a high profile public sector organisation responsible for economic and market sector growth in emerging markets.

Each of the selected 10 delegates were assigned a professional coach on the day, which involved a variety of correlated business focused activities. Delegate behavioural performance was observed by the coaches and fed back to them individually in a constructive manner to encourage acute behavioural self-awareness and improve communication.
