Case Study: Remuneration Review
Argyll Fenton undertook a remuneration review project on behalf of UK-wide financial services company to investigate Executive Board market rates in the financial services industry.
The project was structured on a research & reporting basis. Qualitative and quantitative surveys were conducted; their findings were then corroborated through personal interviews with key authoritative figures in the market place.
The Group CEO noted that the report was ‘excellent’ and the proposed recommendations were implemented.
