A leading UK corporate firm appointed Argyll Fenton to design and deliver a bespoke development programme to provide 20 high potential employees with leadership development (externally and internally), client relationship development, communication and business development.
Argyll Fenton designed a variety of development programmes, which were run over a 12-month period on a monthly basis. Each programme was delivered on a group coaching and facilitation basis; providing participants with preparation for each section and using their experiences as practical illustrations of how they could improve. Development was geared towards ‘what you do well now, and let’s enhance this’.
